Old becomes new

In the heart of the historic Radebeul district of Altkötzschenbroda, almost next door to the Church of Peace in Radebeul, an existing property was purchased in 2015 and then extensively renovated from 2016 to 2017.

The renovation of the property, which was built around 1876, and its two residential units with 127 and 129 m² of living space, took place in accordance with all relevant requirements for listed buildings, thereby honouring the historical significance of Altkötzschenbroda and its built environment. In addition, another space of approx. 60 m² in the adjoining building was also extensively renovated in accordance with the requirements for listed buildings. Technical installations for the shop located in the building were also partially renewed.

All three residential units and the shop are still privately owned and serve as capital investments.
